Birgen Nelson, Makenna Huetten, Kate Carlson and Elizabeth Donnelly led Gustavus Adolphus of Minnesota to victory in the women's 1,600-meter sprint medley relay in 3:59.32, winning from the first of three sections at the 112th Drake Relays Presented by Xtream and Powered by Mediacom and Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa. It marked the first women's title in the sprint medley in program history.
